Jessica Gillin is a New York based hairstylist known for her refined and instinctual approach to modern hair. With over two decades of experience, her work is defined by precision and an understated sense of luxury.
Trained under Sally Hershberger and shaped by her time with Marie Robinson and Serge Normant, she later became an integral member of Jenna Perry Hair. She also worked over 16 seasons styling hair at fashion week.
Specializing in k-tip extensions and air-dried cuts, Jessica creates hair that feels natural, elevated, and considered. Her work reflects a consistent balance of polish and ease.
Jessica’s client list includes Camila Morone, Chloe Fineman, Yasmine Wijnaldum, Paloma Elsesser, Bella Hadid, Lila Moss, and Lameka Fox. Jessica is regarded as one of New York’s most in-demand hairstylists, with a waitlist extending two months.

XAVIER VELASQUEZ

Xavier Velasquez is a New York–based session hairstylist whose work spans editorial shoots, red-carpet events, global marketing campaigns, and private studio appointments. With extensive experience in both LA and NY, Xavier bridges the precision and artistry of salon work with the creative demands of fashion and celebrity styling. His work consistently sets a new standard for understated, refined, lived-in hair.
His clientele includes Allison Williams, Scarlet Johansson, Emma Roberts, Rachel Brosnahan, Kristen Stewart, HAIM, Dianna Agron, Julianne Hough, Li Jun Li, and Naomi Biden.
Previously, he refined his technique at Serge Normant at John Frieda and Jenna Perry Hair before expanding into high-profile session work as the stylist for marketing campaigns and features in leading fashion and entertainment publications. Xavier is also a brand ambassador for VirtueLabs, where he continues to share his expertise in hair health and innovation.

Jordan Luger is a New York City–based hairstylist with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. She trained under Jessica Gillin, beginning her career at Serge Normant at John Frieda before continuing her work at Jenna Perry Hair.
Originally from North Dakota, Jordan moved to New York City to pursue her dream of becoming a hairstylist. She specializes in precision cutting and creating effortless, chic
styles that feel natural and wearable. Known for her warm approach, Jordan prioritizes building genuine connections with her clients, ensuring each person feels confident, seen, and cared for.

FRANCESCA RODRIGUEZ

Originally from Miami and now based in NYC, Francesca specializes in dimensional blonding + rich brunettes with a focus on creating effortless, beautiful hair tailored to each client. She loves building genuine connections with her clients and creating an experience that leaves them feeling confident and cared for. With over 14 years of experience, Nicole discovered her passion for color early, training under master colorists at Pyure Aveda Salon in Palm Beach before making her way to New York City in 2015. There she spent six years alongside Courtney Lee of Kinloch Salon, where she refined the signature lived-in color techniques she’s known for today.
Every client who sits in her chair leaves with color that feels intentional, effortless, and uniquely theirs… growing out beautifully long after they’ve left the salon.

Monique D. Francis is a New York–based hairstylist dedicated to helping you embrace and love your unique image. With over 20 years of experience in styling, haircutting, and foil highlighting techniques, she continues to refine her craft by learning from some of the beauty industry’s leading hairstylists.
Known for her thoughtful approach to modern haircare, Monique believes the salon chair is a space for transformation. She approaches every color, haircut, and styling service with your lifestyle, individuality, and overall hair goals in mind.

A native New Yorker, Rina Abbatiello is a New York City based senior hair colorist. With a career shaped by some of the city’s most esteemed salons, she began her training at Serge Normant at John Frieda on the Upper East Side before continuing her work at Franklins in Tribeca.
Inspired by the intersection of beauty and individuality, Rina approaches hair color with both technical precision and an intentional, detail-oriented perspective. Through a personalized approach and commitment to healthy hair practices, she creates effortless results that feel modern, refined, and tailored to each client.
Rina specializes in lived-in blondes, dimensional brunettes, natural reds, and customized color transformations.

LIANA ZINGARINO

Liana Zingarino is a New York City-based hairstylist whose signature style focuses on natural, effortlessly chic cuts individually inspired by every client. Liana’s career began in 2012 at one of the top salons in the industry, Serge Normant at John Frieda. There, she worked under renowned hairstylist Tommy Buckett for three years-a relationship that continues to inspire her today. Originally from Upstate, her love for styling hair began in high school, leading her to New York City after graduating to attend the Aveda Institute.
Liana’s professionalism is sought after across the industry. Her go-to hair advice has appeared in various print magazines as well as leading online publications such as New York Magazine and W Magazine. She has participated in numerous New York Fashion Week shows, alongside styling editorial work for prominent fashion companies.
Liana has had the pleasure of working with Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling, Lea Michele, Jonathan Van Ness, David Burtka, Bridget Everett, Padma Lakshmi, Jackie Cruz, and Sophia Bush for numerous red carpet and press events, fashion shoots, and national television shows.
In addition to cut and style, Liana specializes in hair extensions and special-occasion hair for both women and men.

Joe Handwerker is a New York City–based hairstylist specializing in elevated, low-maintenance hair with a refined edge. Since beginning his career in 2016, he has developed an approach that balances effortless, lived-in texture with refinement. He spent over five years as an assistant to Jessica Gillin, where he trained extensively in bespoke k-tip extension techniques and built a foundation rooted in precision and personalization. Today, Joe specializes in haircuts, extensions and styling that feels elevated yet low-maintenance—hair that reads polished without trying too hard. His work is grounded in connection, with a clientele who return for both the result and the experience. Joe has been a part of the Franklin’s family since inception and he is elated to welcome new clients and old friends into a space he is excited to be in.

DOMINIC FORLETTA

Dom Forletta is a New York native who has dedicated much of the last ten years to his passion for great hair. Dom’s career jumpstarted at age 18 when he left New York for Los Angeles. Working alongside world-renowned celebrity hair stylist Johnny Ramirez, Dom traveled to major cities across the world perfecting the art of beachy blondes, brunettes and redheads.
Years later, Dominic returned to New York City, where he trained under the mentorship of Marie Robinson at Marie Robinson Salon. He also brought his expertise across the Atlantic to Europe to create effortless hair for Berlin’s underground club scene.
Between Los Angeles, New York City and Berlin, Dom has collected and synthesized various color and styling techniques from the top names in hair, attracting the attention of major publications. Not only recognized for his work with client Chappell Roan, he is extremely sought after for his exceptional ability to translate these methods onto each and every client in his own unique way.
